Process of Lens Replacement Service
It's easy to get new lenseses for your glasses
Only change the glasses lens and keep the old eyewear? Love your eyewear but the lenses are scratched?
Super Clear Optical's service can help you.
Note: We will not provide eye examination services, and you need to provide your optometry prescription.
Place order online and send the frame to Super Clear Optical through local courier - SF Express.
Our system is provided by the technology giant Shopify. We will not know the credit card information, it is absolutely safe. For customers who often shop online, our online ordering platform is definitely familiar and easy to use.1. Choose the lens you need.
(If the total order amount is less than $399, a shipping fee of $30 will be charged.)
2. Upload prescription files and glasses photos.
If you want the power of the new lens to be the same as that of the old lens, please upload the photo of your glasses frame again in the optometry prescription.(Then we will clone the prescription for you)
If you are using our online ordering service for the first time, please register.
If you have used our online ordering service before, please log in to your account.
4. Enter the delivery address and the contact method of the consignee.
If you want to pick up your glasses at SF Express Station, please fill in the SF Express Station address and code in Delivery Address. (It is recommended as you can pick it at your convinent time.)
6. Use SF Express to send the order number together with the spectacle frame to:

7. After we installed/ replaced with the new lenses, we will send the glasses to your desinaged address, or you can choose to pick them up at the SF station (enter the SF station code for the address). In about 5 working days, a pair of "super clear" glasses will be in your hands.
